Lo here …   I am so excited to share with you a new online workout site.  Well it is not new but it is new to me and it also may be new to you too:

The website is ⇒ POPSUGAR Fitness and they have a fitness page with great tips on exercise and eating healthy.  

They also feature aYouTube-logo-full_colorYouTube channel with over 150 videos posted with over 600,000 views.

I have been following their channel and trying out all kinds of FREE, yes FREE full length workouts.  They range from a quick 5-10 minute targeted muscle area session to a full length 30-40 minute cardio workout (some with and some without weights.)  

They best part for me is even if I only commit to a 10 minute workout the next video starts right away so most of the time I am warmed up with the short video and just go right into the next video without hesitation.  Good for those days when you just can’t commit.  That is most mornings these days!
